HOUSE RULES
We are an over 18s venue only.
98 Club does not tolerate any use of any illegal substances on the premises.
Dress code policy: smart/ casual. No hoodies, hats, sportswear. Clean trainers allowed.
Ensure you choose the correct booking type to avoid any disappointment. The venue is not responsible for checking this.
CCTV is in operation at all times.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry.
Karaoke Room Rules
Damaged equipment will be paid for on the night
Your session will start and finish on your booking detail. Please ensure you arrive on time.
Please do not go into other karaoke rooms, even if empty.
Unfinished drinks and empty bottles are not allowed to leave the premises.
Cancellation Policy: No refund if cancelled with less than 48h hours.
If you do not show up for your booking, we will not be able to offer any refund or compensation.
If you have any guests who are not able to attend, please let us know before your arrival so we can process a refund. Letting us know on arrival or after will not entitle you to any refund.
Once you are in the room, we do not offer any refund.
